Upgrade StorageWord plugin error
This is new to me. Using Word 2003 in Windows 7.

wonbleeWith the rebooting of the computer, the problem has gone. But I'd welcome the dev team's input for posterity's sake.

adamsmithif reboot fixes it there's not going to be much troubleshooting possible. Probably something that blocked the communication channel (port) between the two programs or a locked file. The error is pretty non-descript.

hgilbertThe same error arose for me. I Closing and reopening the document solved the problem. After a bit, the error returned. Closing and reopening the document solved the problem again.
