Trouble with Adobe

I am using Vista, and now can't open Adobe Acrobat files from Zotero, what should I do?

    If you click on the "View Snapshot" button in the right column your PDF should open through whatever program either your browser or OS uses to open PDFs. What happens when you click on the "View Snapshot" button?
