Hi.

The exclamation symbol "!" appears when I try to sync.
Then this message appears when I click the exclamation symbol:
"Report ID:1103198283. First name 'David T. Kaplan, Gregory B. Marino, Nancy F. Ward....'" too long.

Can someone help? Thanks!

That means what it says - you have an item where multiple names got included in a single first name field and that stalls sync. Find that item (e.g. by searching for "Gregory B. Marino") and either fix the names or delete the items. Then (or if you can't find the item) empty your Zotero trash and try again.
We'd also be interested in where that item came from, so if it has a URL - or at least something in the "Library Catalog" field, that'd be good to know.
