Syncing issue: cannot delete file

Hi,
I'm having a syncing problem. The problem report ID: 1884002716.

When syncing, a red exclamation mark appears. When clicking on it, a popup appears, stating that a given file cannot be deleted. When I delete the files manually, they reappear and the same problem occurs.

Delete that attachment item and empty the trash. (Paste 'PNPTQQHI' into the quick search bar in All Fields & Tags mode if you're not sure which it is.) You somehow added a Windows alias as an attachment, which currently breaks things.

Thanks for your reply. I deleted the folder and emptied the trash, but the problem persists. The folder just reappears a bit after. Any other suggestions?

did you delete this in Zotero or on your file system? You'd want to do all of this through Zotero.

Thank you adamsmith. I emptied the 'regular' instead of the Zotero trash... It works again!
