Erreur lors de la connexion au serveur

Bonjour,

J'ai un problème lors de la synchronisation. La flèche verte tourne, mais un point interrogation rouge apparaît avec le message d'erreur suivant : "Erreur lors de la connexion au serveur.Vérifiez votre connexion Internet.". Mon ordinateur est bien connecté à internet.

J'utilise chrome (34.0.1847.116 m), Zotero 4.0.8 et Zotero connector 4.0.8.2

Dans les extensions chrome, à propos de zotero je n'ai pas de "report errors", donc pas de Report ID.

Donc je n'arrive pas à savoir ce qui empêche la synchronisation.

  • Zotero 4.0.8 is quite out of date. Upgrade to the latest version, currently 4.0.19, from zotero.org.

    Même la transmission du rapport d'erreur ne fonctionne pas : "Réponse invalide du dépôt".
  • Are you connecting via a proxy server? Check your system proxy settings. If you're not trying to connect via a proxy, make sure everything there is disabled.

    If that doesn't help, provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through a sync attempt, using the "Enable after restart" option.

    Yes I am connecting via a proxy server (when I am at work).
    What exactly do I need to check ?

  • That debug output isn't correct. I need debug output from Zotero Standalone through a sync attempt, using the "Enable after startup" option. That debug output is from Chrome, which isn't relevant here.
  • Actually, you were right : it was a proxy problem.
    See below what I had to do :
    "Panneau de configuration" --> "Connexions et réseaux" --> "Options internet" --> "Connexion" --> "Paramètres réseau" --> Cocher la case devant "Utiliser un serveur proxy" et rentrer l'adresse et le port.
