Upgrade StorageSync error shows html and error code shows up no results
Hey community, sometimes I get an error like so:
"The note '<div style="font-size: 16.6667px; font-family: san…' in your library is too long to sync to zotero.org.
Search for the excerpt above or copy and paste 'GTZKE6Z3' into the Zotero search bar. Shorten the note, or delete it and empty the Zotero trash, and then try syncing again."
I search for the first bit by copy/pasting up to before the ...: "font-size: 16.6667px; font-family:"
But nothing. Then I've searched for: "GTZKE6Z3" but nothing.
It's hard to find the error notes because somehow Zotero read's it as html, perhaps when I've pasted off a webpage or something and it's kept the html. Could you advise me on this issue?
