Right Click (context menu) save and metadata extract in Chrome on Ubuntu 13.10?

Hiya!

Serial PDF journal article downloader here. Want to be able to click click a PDF file as it's being viewed online and then have it saved it to standalone. How do I do this?

    Generally, you're aware that using the article landing page and the URL bar icon is a better solution? Not only is it faster (and will attach the PDF automatically most of the time) it also gives you better data in Zotero in almost all cases.

    But if you do want to or have to download the PDF from Chrome directly there is no great solution - you can drag the URL to Zotero and then use right-click --> retrieve metadata. It's not possible to integrate Zotero into the file save dialog in Chrome the way it's done in Firefox.
