    got it - will take some time. Maybe use something like "Advanced Materials" in the meantime, that will at least give you the right in-text citation format.

    The style is now up. It will appear on the style repository within 30mins.. (See here if you need instructions for installing styles in standalone.)
    (in case it comes up: I've followed published articles rather than the guide when in doubt. That includes, most importantly, including chapter titles in the bibliography).
