switching from webdav to dropbox

I currently sync zotero on two computers using webdav but I'd like to switch to Dropbox. In Preferences, I unchecked 'Sync attachment files in My Library using WebDAV. Then, in Advanced>Files and Folders I set the base directory to a folder inside my dropbox folder. I imported a new pdf into zotero but it still goes into the old file storage location. What do I need to do to get zotero to use the new location for pdf storage?

You haven't set a new location, you've so far only told Zotero to look for linked files in a relative path. You can set up ZotFile to move files automatically to that folder: http://zotfile.com/
