y a-t-il un moyen de faire en sorte qu'une référence répétée dans des notes de bas de page successives soit indiquée par un id. ou id. ou ibidem ?

Yes - you can try this out e.g. in Chicago Manual of Style (Full note) (which should localize to French for you)
