Tags in a private group
Hello,
We are using Zotero for a class (teaching research skills). Students are working in small groups (within a private Zotero group) and each group created a tag to identify their records. In at least one of my groups, the students claim that their identifying tag has "disappeared." And we can't figure out why.
Any ideas? Have you heard of this before? The records appear to be otherwise intact.
thanks

adamsmithnot really, no. One thing would be to enourage the to always use auto-sync. I could imagine (though it shouldn't happen) a tag getting lost because of a sync conflict. Auto-sync makes those almost impossible.

aurimasSync is on the careful side when it comes to tags and collections, so if there is a conflict where a tag/collection was deleted, it will restore it instead of deleting it. (Unless there's a bug somewhere)
