Zotero completely disappeared

I have noticed that Zotero completely disappeared from my computer. I can sign on and see my files. However, when I am working on the Internet on Firefox, the link doesn't appear and I can't store files.

Can you see the Zotero button at the bottom right of Firefox window? If not, https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/no_status_bar_icon

I tried to download the newest version but my computer blocks zotero download. Says there is a connection problem

kmariem: Please start a new thread, and say what OS and browser you're using. Also, right-click on the download link, copy the link to the clipboard, and paste it into the new thread.
