HELP! DELETION

I accidentally deleted a collection in Zotero (Firefox). Is there any way I can restore it? Can I grab the folder from my laptop (which has not been synced yet)?

not easily no. You can restore from a back-up:
https://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data#restoring_your_zotero_library_from_a_backup
which could include the Zotero version on your laptop.
Beyond that, note that in all likelihood you just deleted the collection, no the items in it.
