Problem with saving from OVID page

Specifically, trying to save references from OVID results in nothing happening! If I try to view all the articles on the search page via the folder icon i get the following message

Could not save item. Please contact the translator author.

    I just tried to save references from OVID and it worked fine. Could you tell me specifically what resources you were trying to access through OVID?
