Upgrade StorageReplacing & with 'and' throughout

Supervisor wants 'and' and not &.
Where there are two authors (A and B), Zotero places (A & B, year) in the text.
I'm afraid I might need to go into the code again although I really hope that will not be necessary.
Instead of & how do I get Zotero to enter the word 'and' between the two authors?

In the CSL it means replacing and="symbol" with and="text" but are you sure it wouldn't be faster to simply search&replace before sending the doc? I doubt you'll have many ampersands in your regular text, so chances are you won't be replacing anything you don't want to.
