Where's the little zotero icon on the bottom of firefox

Just signed up and have registered. Now I want to sync it as instructed, but there isn't the little "Z" icon in the lower right hand corner of firefox window. I've restarted my computer and it still doesn't show up. There isn't an icon in the search bar either. Is there a way to shortcut this?

Have you installed the Zotero extension? https://www.zotero.org/download/

I did the zotero Mac standalone for firefox. the option on the right.

Just to make sure, you got both Zotero Standalone _and_ Zotero for Firefox (the little icon under Standalone), correct?
