Subscription only renewed for 6 days not a year

I renewed my 2 gb subscription this week only to get an e-mail the next day saying my subscription expired 6 days later. I have the receipt in my account that says otherwise (expires March 10, 1015) but I am worried I will loose all of my papers saved on zotero!
