How do I get more than 25gb of storage?

I am wondering if anyone knows how to get more than 25gb of storage for syncing with Zotero. On the Purchase Storage page it says "For questions regarding Zotero storage, contact storage@digitalscholar.org". I wrote to this address over a week ago and have thus far not received a reply. I am at 95% and would like to increase my syncing capacity.
