Upgrade Storageunable to install plugin Open Office on standalone/mac, ID ERROR 1768168787
Hello,
I cannot install the addin for open office/libre. In Zotero, settings, I go and click the button INSTALL LIBREOFFICE/OPEN.OFFICE.ORG/NEOFFICE
Clicking twice CONTINUE I get this error, although both Open Office and Libre Office are closed:
Installation could be completeted because an error occurred. Please ensure that LIBREOFFICE/OPENOFFICE.ORG/NEOOFFICE is closed, and then restart ZOTERO.
Done all of that, also restarted the computer. ERROR ID 1768168787
I use operating system OS X 10.9.2
