Translator for German and European laws

Hello, as I have to cite a few laws I tried to create an item for those but it didn't work.
For exapmple, I need the following two laws:

A German law I have to cite:
http://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/kaffeev_2001/BJNR310700001.html

The EU-Directive I have to cite:
http://eur-lex.europa.eu/Notice.do?val=330209:cs&lang=de&list=472430:cs,351985:cs,330209:cs,329426:cs,330491:cs,427315:cs,&pos=3&page=1&nbl=6&pgs=10&hwords=

I was quite supprised, that it is not even possible to create an item from the EUR-Lex database. Is there really no opportunity or am I missing something?
The only capture item that appears on these sites is the one for "website".
By the way: I don't necessarily need a translator for those websites, but for any website where these laws are listed with the specific metadata.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!!
  • sorry, there isn't much to suggest, you'll currently have to do this by hand. Most legal sites don't offer much in terms of systematic display of data, so writing import translators is a huge mess. EUR-Lex is a little better, but it's also quite confusing for a non-lawyer.
