Firefox crash when syncing

Hello,

I would like to synchronize a new computer (Zotero for firefox) to my data (9181 items) saved on the Zotero server but Firefox crash each time i start the syncing.

I tried whit several computers (windows 7 with the latest version of Mozilla and Zotero for Firefox 4.0.

Can i get help please.

If by "Firefox crash" you mean that it hangs, just let it go. Currently, an initial sync of a large library will cause it to hang while the data is processed. Let it go for a while and it should finish. The next major version of Zotero will handle large syncs much better.

If Firefox is actually crashing — as in, quitting completely — that'd be a different issue.

Firefox just stop working after 10 sec of syncing, so it's not possible to recover my data.

Firefox will look frozen while it actually still does work. That is quite likely for large sync downloads. So unless you've waited more than 1h with Firefox frozen, just let it run.
