HELP--SERVER ERROR after lost password
HELP! I cannot access my account! I forgot my password and used the password change feature. I received the e-mail, followed the link, and received the following error: Server Error/ Something went wrong processing your request. I tried following the link several times in different browsers to no avail.
My colleague is posting this for me because I couldn't post myself due to my broken account. Please help--I'm Susan Dixon of Lexington, VA. I can provide my e-mail to an administrator if needed.
