Can not download Standalone

I've got a new laptop and was having trouble synching Zotero and getting all my old records in Zotero Standalone on this computer (I often have to work offline). I uninstalled Standalone, thinking I'd re-instal it and see if that made any difference. Now, on the download page, the Standalone option is faded out and unavailable to me for Download. Can anyone advise how to fix this?
