ADOPTING ZOTERO

my organisation would like to adopt zotero, for its management of its pdf files, which we plan to host them in zotero space. we have identified the cost of your space as we would like to buy 25gb that is equivalent to USD 240.
my querry is the way forward as per how to contact Zotero? How to get an Invoice for that transaction? or probably the number to call for such enquiries?

    If you just want 25GB, you can go through "Upgrade Storage" and the regular payment process, there is no need to contact Zotero about that. If you need more space of if Stripe, the payment processor, isn't available in your country you can contact Zotero from the e-mail given here:

    If you can, though, do use the automated process which will be faster an smoother.
    Any technical questions/inquiries should be posted here, that e-mail is just for payments.

    Thanks for the explanation. Our problem is that our organization does not have a credit card - it would be best to get an invoice, which we can then process and transfer the funds to you. Is that possible?

    Sean would have to say, but it's going to be tricky. Zotero can't accept checks, wire transfers to the US are a mess, so not sure how that'd work.
