Upgrade Storage[MLZ] Omitting smaller unit of institution during abbreviation
Is there any way to omit a smaller unit of an institution when an abbreviation for the larger unit is available?
For example, I would like "District Court of Appeal of Florida|Second District" to be abbreviated simply as "Fla. Dist. Ct. App." as per Bluebook Rule 10.4 (b).

wonbleeReading the MLZ specifications supplement, I think I now know what to try. I guess this must be done in the style, rather than in the abbreviation list. I'll give it a shot first.

fbennettYes, a use-last="1" attribute on cs:institution should do it, independent of whether abbreviations are available.
