Style Request: Indiana University Press Journal Endnotes
For its endnotes, Indiana University Press requests its authors use a customized style based on the Chicago Manual of Style 16th edition (full note) for its manuscript preparation. I'm wondering if someone could please create a custom note style that uses a font of 10, hanging indent of 0.5" (left: 0"), and double line spacing ("keep lines together"). This template is based on a recently published article. My journal article and book chapter examples are exactly how they would appear in IUP's journal, Film History (with the formatting mentioned above applied).

adamsmithAs long as that's just CMoS in terms of the actual references, the lines spacing and indentation isn't something that Zotero handles for Endnotes/Footnotes, you can just set that up in your word processor.
