[MLZ] Make abbreviation filter ignore case

Again, some of the journal titles grabbed by the translator have the capitalization all wrong, and sneak through the abbreviation filter.

    I've been thinking about this one. I'm not completely sure yet that ignoring case when applying abbreviations is safe to do.

    @aurimasv, Dan, Simon + @adamsmith: Do you have views on this one?

    Zotero ignores case on matching (IIRC it matches on all lowercase). That seems right to me.
