Upgrade StorageHotkey|shortcut|keybind to Chrome “save to Zotero”?

I wonder if there is a simple way of adding a hotkey, shortcut, or a keybind to activate in Chrome the “Save to Zotero”? I have seen a couple extensions or scripts to Firefox but have not found anything useful to Chrome.
Any help is appreciated
