Upgrade StorageCan't see my Zotero at the bottom of Firefox screen

I have a mac (OS X). I restarted Firefox (27.0) and restarted my computer, I still can't see Zotero at all.
I wanted to get a report ID but in stage 3: "Paste the following into the terminal and hit return.." - I followed it, but nothing happened.
