won't start

Error number: 2110327808

It starts to load and then stops, giving me this error. Tried to restart several times, sample problem.

    If you're able to open the Zotero preferences, try resetting your translators from the Advanced -> Files and Folders pane. Alternatively you can just delete the 'translators' directory in your Zotero data directory and restart Firefox.

    If that doesn't help, try disabling all your other Firefox extensions.
