I'm a www.questia.com subscriber and had hoped Zotero would be able to handle there information.

It seems it is not (right?)

Will it be in the future? If so, how near is that future?

Yes, I'd definitely like Questia support. Is it difficult to do? Could users build support for the sites they use most if Zotero does not support it?

Yes, certainly, if said users can program or are willing to learn some basic programming. See http://www.zotero.org/support/dev/creating_translators_for_sites

User driven development is central to open source projects such as Zotero, so you are more than welcome to contribute if you are able.
