Upgrade Storage[MLZ] Short title in the "Languages" tab of document preference
I noticed that a few fields that can have multi-language subfields are not represented in the "languages" tab of document preference/mlz preference. More than anything else, I think the short-title needs to be incorporated into the schema, as it finds frequent use.
