Add "near-note" in Zotero Reference Test Pane

The Zotero Reference Test Pane at chrome://zotero/content/tools/csledit.xul is a really valuable tool, but the Positions available often throw me off.

It currently has First, Subsequent, Ibid and Ibid + locator.
I think it should include "near-note" as well, pursuant to the CSL 1.0.1 specifications.

    I'll take a look. It's not entirely trivial, as the processor treats near-note differently from the other positions.

    Not sure if Dan will accept this in its entirety, but the near-note part should be uncontroversial.
