save icon stopped working in Mac OS X + Firefox

I cannot see save icon when viewing Amazon pages, such as:

I can see the icon when using Google book, such as:

I saw it using "Embedded Metadata"

I have read and practiced the 10 trouble shooting advices but still cannot see the save icon.

Firefox 26.0
Mac OS X 10.9.1

Try disabling your other Firefox extensions.

Thanks. I tried disabling all extensions except Zotero. But the situation remained the same. I submitted another report id: 1114790539. Please keep helping.

we'd actually want a debug ID, still with all extensions enabled, for loading the amazon page

It looks like something happened to your translators directory — you don't seem to have most of the main translators installed. Did you reset translators, as instructed in the troubleshooting steps?

Thanks. I did not when I issued the report and I tried it given your guidance, including both resetting the translators and deleting the folder. Unfortunately, neither moethod worked; the situation is the same.

update:

I rebooted the machine, reset the translators and this time it worked.
