Error in Processing

Hi, I'm having an issue that many seem to have had back in December. When I enter my credit card information to increase my storage, I get an error message.

I got the same message a few days ago and tried it in both Google Chrome and Safari, with no luck. Now my account is locked.

Another issue I'm having is attempting to update the information in my group account. When trying to update my email address I get another error message telling me there was an error.
