Sync error

When I try to sync Zotero, a red symbol with an exclamation mark appears together to the sync button. I sent the message error with the ID 1556008933.

    Here's the actual error:
    SSL peer rejected a handshake message for unacceptable content.

    (Error code: ssl_error_illegal_parameter_alert)

    Thank you by your quick response. The problem it's caused by Kaspersky Firewall.
