Will not load library (using Mozilla)

All the items in my library are there; I can access them through the website and on my other computers. But for some reason I cannot access them through Mozilla on my work PC (not using the website).

Suggestions?

Adam- I went to the page as you directed, and followed instructions as far as I could but there was no Error Console in the Web Developer menu.

We are running Firefox ESR 24.2.0, if that helps...

What exactly is happening? Do you get a startup error or does the library just not show up.

As for "Error Console" - that's now "Browser Console" (@Dan - I'm not exactly sure what you need there, so could you update the instructions?)

It displays "Loading items..." but never actually loads anything.

OK, I was able to get to the browser console and found a line with URL described in step 5, but don't understand (or see) anything about a "pink background". If I just right-click on this line and copy it, I get the information below...

Did you find the Browser Console? If so, are there any errors in there (red/pink background)? If yes, copy them here.

OK...

but now the Zotero icon does not show in the lower left hand corner of my browser...

This has been a goofy day. Now everything is working fine...

First I had no libraries loading.
Then I had no icon.
Now I have it all (relatively speaking).
