Chicago Manual of Style 16th edition (full note): Translator Missing on Footnote

I am using Zotero 4.0.17.1 with MS Word 2007. The citation style is Manual of Style 16th edition (full note). I have a Book item type with two editors and a translator. The footnote is not displaying the translator. I have sample "doc" and "rdf" files that I can share with anyone who may be able to assist me.

Thank you,
Fr. Bob Anello
  • if you could post the RDF as a public gist to https://gist.github.com/ and provide a link here? And just copy & paste the citation from Word here - don't worry about lost formatting like italics, since that's not the problem.

Thanks, adamsmith, you helped me several years ago. The gist is "bobanello Exported Items.rdf" <https://gist.github.com/anonymous/8570902>. Here is the citation:

Lucien Roy and Forrest L. Ingram, eds., Step Beyond Impasse: Chronicle of the Dutch Church, Amsterdam, October 27, 1968 - March 2, 1969 (New York: Newman Press, 1969), 190 THE TRANSLATOR IS DROPPED!.

The COMMENT IN CAPS is just a suffix to remind me of which footnote I was to access.
  • thanks, I see - I should have a fix for that shortly.
  • The style is now fixed. The updated version will appear on the repository within 30mins (check the timestamp). Update your copy of the style by clicking "Update Now" in the General tab of the Zotero preferences.

Styles also update automatically within 24hs for Zotero 4.0+
In an existing document, you may have to switch to a different style and back for the changes to take effect once the style is updated.
Any further problems please let us know & thanks for reporting
  • Thank you very much "adamsmith"!
