sync wheel turns forever and stops with error

Hi,

this is now since few weeks the same case. the sync wheel turns forever without a success, takes forever until the failure.

I tried to reset server data, an error message told me the following

"You cannot reset server data while one of your libraries is locked for syncing. Please wait for all related syncs to complete."

don't really know how to make things better,

You shouldn't try to use the reset options for troubleshooting.

Your sync should have gone through now.
