bibliography not accurate

Hi,

I am having an issue with citing from zotero bibliography. So, when I use the .bib file generated using zotero to cite my references in IEEE Latex template, some of the references are missing '-' in page number and instead showing strange symbols. However, couple of references are looking good. A help is appreciated.
