Problems with emailed Primo book links

This is a Primo question - not about articles! Primo provides (at least) two different URLs for getting to a book record. One is from inside of the record via a bump-out icon that opens the record in a new tab. The other is what you get when you email yourself a record. My problem is that Zotero works properly for the bump-out URL, but does not work for the emailed URL (nothing is added to Zotero when the translator icon is clicked), and I'm wondering if there is a fix for this. I have confirmed this in both the Firefox version and the Chrome version of Zotero.
