Zotero displays a yellow triangle to the left of the sync icon & when I hover over it it says I have exceeded my file storage limit. But when I followed the link to my account settings it says I am only using 25%.
Zotero also frequently causes my Macbook to freeze with the spinning beachball of doom.

fcheslackAre you sure you're syncing to the same account as you're logging into the website with? Make sure the username in your client sync preferences is the same one you use on zotero.org
