When I right click there is no "Rename file from parent metadata"

I want to rename my original pdfs and it is suggested to use Rename file from parent metadata but when I right click it is not there!!

that only works when a PDF is attached to metadata. Either use Retrieve Metadata or (if that doesn't work) Create Parent Item...

which options do you have in the context menu?
That option is only available for PDFs attached to parent items.

view pdf/view online/open external viewer/show file/add note/add attachment/duplicate item/move item to trash/export item/create bibliography from item/generate report from item

I have already done the "Retrieve Metadata" nad the name is correct in zotero but I want to change the name of the actual file or the one in zotero's library

you're right-clicking on the top level item. You need to right-click on the attachment.
