Upgrade StorageRecover libraries in new computer

I have been using the zothero standalone (with google chrome) on one computer and I have just changed computer. I have downloaded the standalone again on the new pc and I was wondering how I can recover the libraries I had on my previous computer.

whether option B works depends, of course, on whether you synced your old computer. Option A is always possible.
