Trouble syncing

When I try to sync, I get the popup window saying there are 11 sync errors and asking me to pick which version (local or remote) of each I want to use. After I have gone through 5, Zotero crashes. I can't get it to sync properly. I logged the output: #D1090753613.

Anything I should do to fix this? Thank you!

    By "Zotero crashes" do you just mean that it freezes? If so, just let it go for a while. It will probably finish on its own.

    But you're also running Zotero 4.0.11, which is well out of date. Upgrade to the latest version from zotero.org.
