Not automatically capturing PDF

Relatively new Zotero user. When I log in off campus via a webpage to the university library and access and article via PubMed often Zotero gives me the red X by the PDF in the dialog box after I capture a snapshot of the page (even though my preferences are set to capture the PDF automatically). Here is an example url--
http://jama.jamanetwork.com.offcampus.lib.washington.edu/article.aspx?articleid=1758756
I have to separately download and save the PDF then move it to Zotero. I am doing this wrong?
  • Update your translators via Preferences -> General -> Update Now, reload the page, and try again.
  • Okay, did update. Same problem exists.
  • can you right-click the PDF link, copy link address and paste it here?
  • As a related problem, linking directly to a journal article from a contents alert allows me to grab a snapshot of the article data (still won't automatically pull PDF) but when I click the PDF I can choose to Save to Zotero but it gives me the error "an error occurred while saving this link". Still have to save the PDF then manually add it to Zotero.

Here is the PDF in question:
    http://www.archivesofpathology.org/doi/pdf/10.5858/arpa.2012-0510-RS
  • Go through the applicable steps here: http://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues (particularly all the info on step 12)

PDF will not automatically download for that last link you posted. Zotero is recognizing that page based on DOI. See step 6 on the above page.
