Upgrade StorageDificulty setting up groups.

I work at a Cultural Resource Management firm and we’ve had some difficulty setting up our Zotero groups. We made a group and had three separate computers join the group but after that we’ve had difficulty getting the grouped references to show up on each other’s profiles along with seemingly random occurrences that won’t allow us to open Zotero because it says we can only open one Zotero window at a time. Has anyone had a similar problem? and can anyone direct me to a step by step process for setting up groups?

Looking at one of the computers at a time, can you add a reference to the group, sync, and see that reference on zotero.org? If you can, now see if syncing the other computers makes the reference appear in the Zotero clients.
We'd need a more specific description of exactly what process is not working.
