Cannot add item manually

I want to add a new item manually, so I click on the green button and select a category. But nothing happens. I have checked the list and ordered it by date added and there is no new empty item. I have Zotero standalone.

Can you provide a Debug ID for this?

That was a Report ID, not a Debug ID, but you're still running Zotero 4.0.11, which is outdated. Upgrade to 4.0.17 and this will go away.
