can't insert citation in Word

Hi, I am using Word for Mac 2011 version 14.3.9 and have Zotero installed as a plug-in. I successfully referenced the first chapter of my book using Zotero and now am trying to reference the second chapter. But when I choose "Zotero insert citation" from the Zotero toolbar, I don't get any dialogue box coming up at all. I just get the whole Zotero library appearing in a Firefox window, with no ability to choose a reference and insert it into the Word doc. Can anyone help me please? Why has the little "insert citation" Zotero box vanished?

    PS it is the Quick Format Citation dialog box that isn't appearing.

    Regarding the above two comments, I just installed latest version of Zotero plug-in for Word and it's solved the problem. Apologies for false alarm. Was a nasty moment...

    check if you have "Use classic Add Citation dialog" checked in the Cite tab of the Zotero preferences. If you have, uncheck it.
    If not, please provide the versions of your Firefox, Zotero, and Word integration and an error report ID after trying to insert a citation:
