Received an error report 874756112

Zotero indicated it was having trouble syncing (the red stop sign was displayed next to the green circular arrow). I clicked on it and followed through with submitting an error report, and got the Report ID 874756112. I'm not sure what to do next or what problem it's causing me right now. Let me know what I should do.

  • Upgrade to Zotero 4.0.16, for starters. You're still using 4.0.16, which is quite out of date.

    If you're still having trouble in 4.0.16, provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces the error.
  • Oh, the version on my home computer is the latest version. I haven't been able to update the version on my work computer because it seems the permissions have changed and I'd have to have someone update it for me. I'll see if I can't. I haven't had any problems on my home computer.
